How to get around?

Tuk tuk are great for doing the tourist thing but using one of Thailand’s widely used ride-sharing apps, like Grab, is more affordable. There is also the BTS and MRT, as well as taxis (just make sure you tell them to use the meter).

Where should I eat?

Short answer: anywhere. Delicious (and very cheap) street food is widely available throughout the city. There are also many excellent Indian, Mexican, French, and Filipino restaurants.

How is the nightlife?
